We're not actively hiring right now. Roles are posted here as soon as they open — particularly across Asia macro, EM credit, commodities, and platform engineering. We expect to publish the next round of openings as coverage expands.

How we work
- Small, senior team. Each beat has a named author and a reviewing editor. We hire people who can ship coverage and own outcomes — not committee members.
- AI-augmented, human-reviewed. Drafts may be AI-assisted; final published copy is reviewed and signed off by a named editor under our published AI use policy.
- Remote-friendly. Time-zone coverage matters more than geography. Our coverage is deliberately multi-region; our team is too.
- Compensation. Competitive base + meaningful equity. We disclose ranges in each posting.
- Sustainable hours. We don't glamorise overwork. Coverage is paced so editors and authors stay current on their beat without burning out. On-call rotation for breaking news is shared; out-of-hours is the exception, not the default.
- Paid leave and wellbeing. Generous paid time off, sick leave, mental-health days, and parental leave. Time off is taken — managers are expected to enable it, not interrupt it.
- Editorial conscience. Authors and editors have the right to decline assignments that conflict with their conscience or with our editorial standards, without career consequence.
