Blackstone's Role in Major Private Credit and Fund Structuring Transactions

Blackstone has played a central role in two major private credit and fund structuring transactions in early June 2026. Shortly after, Blackstone co-led—with Apollo Global Management—a landmark $35 billion private credit package for AI company Anthropic, structured across multiple tranches and described as one of the largest private credit deals to date.
